01. Lenses

All models in Dr.Zipe are designed to make it easy to change lenses but it may differ slightly between the different models. To learn how to replace lenses, you can either read the manual that comes with the package.

Yes, Dr.Zipe offer a wide range of accessories for our goggles such as extra lenses for different weather conditions. We also offers different straps to You have different options to complement your Dr.Zipe goggles, depending on the model. Read more under each product on the website to find out which lenses and straps that can be purchased.

You can buy Dr.Zipe accessoreis in your local sports shop or directly on the Dr.Zipe website.

02. Maintenance and Cleaning

To be sure that your goggle and glasses will maintain their function for a long time, it is important that you store them properly when you do not use them.

All Dr.Zipe goggles come with a soft protective pouch to keep your glasses in. It is also important that you clean the glasses often, especially the lenses. Do not touch the lens with your fingers, and always use a dry cloth to clean the lenses. Never use chemicals for cleaning!

For best results, use a dry cloth to clean the lenses. Warm water (not hot) and soap can be used carefully to remove more stubborn dirt on the lenses. Clean them frequently and your glasses will live longer. Never use chemicals!

03. Function and Adjustment

Goggles should have a good fit and sit well when practicing sports. All Dr.Zipe goggles and helmets are designed so that they can be adjusted for optimal fit and comfort.

Dr.Zipe goggles come with an adjustable head strap to make sure they sit comfortably and safely on you head. The goggles are also equipped with adjusatable side clips so that the have a better fit with helmets from Dr.Zipe and other brands.

Dr.Zipe helmets also have an adjustable strap and fitting system in the back to make sure it is safely secured on your head.

All products from Dr.Zipe are designed and thoroughly tested to meet the tough requirements and expectations that exist on technical eyewear.

Dr.Zipe goggles and sunglasses not only provide complete protection from the sun's UVA and UVB-rays, they will also protect you effectively against cold wind, dust, snow and rain. The products are lightweight and offer high flexibility with various adjustment options, to give you the best possible protection and comfort.

Dr.Zipe also offer a wide range of accessories to ensure maximum flexibility and use in various weather conditions.

04. Payment and Delivery

We accept VISA and MasterCard, Klarna Invoice (against 20 SEK invoice fee. 14 days), Online Banking and PayPal.

Sweden
The shipping cost for deliveries in Sweden is 49 SEK. If the order value exceeds 500 SEK, the shipping is free.

Norway
Standard shipping is 70 NOK.

Denmark
Standard shipping is 70 DKK.

United States
Please fill out your address in the checkout to get a quote from FedEx.

Rest of the world
Orders outside Sweden, Norway, Denmark and United States are charged with 10 EUR shipping.

Yes. Customs will be added according to your country's rules and laws.

Products are normally sent the following business day. Deliveries within Sweden normally arrive within 2-5 days. Deliveries outside Sweden can take maximum a week depending on destination.

When we send the goods, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

05. Exchange and Return

Sweden
We have a
 30 day return policy. In order to return an item please do the following:

  1. Fill in the questionnaire on the packing slip. Enter the reason for the return.
  2. Reset the product and all parts of the original packaging that you put in the box that the goods were delivered in. Tape carefully.
  3. Attach the enclosed return form on the outside of the package.
  4. Submit the package at your nearest post office.

Rest of the world
We have a 14 day return policy. In order to return an item please do the following:

  1. Fill in the questionnaire on the packing slip. Enter the reason for the return.
  2. Reset the product and all parts of the original packaging that you put in the box that the goods were delivered in. Tape carefully.
  3. Attach the enclosed return form on the outside of the package.
  4. Submit the package at your nearest post office. The cost for returning your package is not included in the purchasing price.

It is very important that the merchandise is sent back in the same condition you received it.

It is okey to exchange your purchased item for another, as long as it is in the same price range. Return the product and state the reason for the return in the enclosed package to avoid any extra fees.

Internet Banking

If you paid with an online bank, the repayment only takes a few days. Note that the transaction must be reported on the day of the purchase, i.e. for goods that were purchased 2015-01-01 and returned 2015-01-15, the deposit will appear on your statement with the date 2015-01-01.


VISA or Mastercard, Paypal or KLARNA

Repayment by Payer and PayPal takes place immediately once the goods have been returned to us. For goods purchased with Klarna, the invoice will be canceled as soon as the return is approved.

If your Dr.Zipe products for some reason should break, you can take them back to the store where you bought them. If you bought them online from us please read "What can I do if I want to return my purchased items" above.
